Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email when your account and eligible data have been deleted.
What will be deleted
When you delete your MedaStaré account, we will remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile details)
- Your fashion preferences, style data and personalized recommendations
- Your saved wardrobe items, looks and collections
- Your app usage data and account settings
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where required by law, including:
- Information needed to comply with legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, security, regulatory requirements)
- Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you
- Records that must be kept for legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable laws

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that in your store account as well. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, full payment-card numbers or identity documents by ordinary email.
