StarDay · Creator rewards and referrals

StarDay Creator Circle Program Terms

The U.S.-administered global creator program of MedaStaré Inc., a Delaware corporation. Enrollment, referrals, rewards, payments and compliance for eligible creators worldwide.

Version 2.1Prepared October 28, 2026MedaStaré Inc.

Creator approval is mandatory · SCC rewards require activation

First apply for ordinary Creator status. Then apply for SCC and complete automated eligibility checks. Typical review target: 24–72 hours after a complete submission, not a guarantee. Payout onboarding and local eligibility must be verified. Illustrative reward rates below are not automatically active.

1. Agreement, operator and order of precedence

These StarDay Creator Circle Terms (the “SCC Terms”) govern participation in the creator referral and content incentive program (“SCC”) administered by MedaStaré Inc., a Delaware corporation organized in the United States (the “Company”). The Company is the U.S. contracting entity unless a signed offer expressly identifies another responsible affiliate. They supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, AI Data Processing notice, relevant community rules and any dated creator-specific offer accepted by the participant. Mandatory local law prevails over any conflicting term. Where a separately signed creator agreement expressly governs the same incentive, that agreement controls only to the extent lawful. No marketing message, support statement or projected dashboard balance overrides a written accepted offer.

2. Mandatory creator application before SCC admission

A person must first submit the standard MedaStaré Creator application, establish an eligible MedaStaré account and satisfy creator-profile verification before applying for or being considered for SCC. Creator status alone does not grant SCC membership or reward eligibility. The SCC application requires acceptance of these Terms, truthful identity and residency information, appropriate tax and payout details and any lawful additional compliance checks. No one may earn SCC rewards for activity before the effective activation time unless a dated written offer expressly provides otherwise.

3. Automated SCC review and timing

SCC applications may be screened and approved automatically using objective eligibility, identity, anti-abuse and account integrity signals, with human escalation where necessary or required by law. Ordinary review is expected to take approximately 24–72 hours after a complete submission; this is a target, not a guarantee or automatic approval deadline. Incomplete applications, payment onboarding, regional restrictions, fraud flags, holidays and additional checks may extend the period. A submitted application, activation code or automated eligibility indication is not final approval. Applicants must receive an activation confirmation in the authorized dashboard or other official channel.

4. Eligibility, age, residence and market restrictions

Participants must be at least 18 or the higher legal age applicable to the relevant contracting and payout activity, have capacity to contract and be legally permitted to provide promotional services and receive compensation. SCC is not available where prohibited, sanctioned, restricted by payment-provider availability or not affirmatively activated. App availability in a country does not establish SCC or payout availability there. MedaStaré may require proof of residence and beneficial ownership and may deny applications for objectively documented legal, security or compliance reasons, subject to applicable anti-discrimination law.

5. Personal account, non-transferability and authorized access

SCC membership, account, code, referral identifiers, ranking, reward balances and eligibility are personal and non-transferable without prior written authorization. Selling, assigning, leasing, sublicensing, gifting, trading or sharing accounts, codes, payout identities or benefits is prohibited. A change of legal entity, ownership or payment beneficiary requires fresh approval and verification. Participants must protect credentials and report compromise promptly. MedaStaré may freeze disputed attribution while ownership is investigated; lawful earned sums remain subject to reconciliation.

6. Stripe onboarding and payment credentials

Before any payout, a creator must complete the payment onboarding flow supported for their jurisdiction, including Stripe or another expressly designated regulated payment provider, and furnish accurate bank account or other supported payout destination, identity, beneficial ownership and tax information. A credit/debit card is not universally required for creator payouts; where a separate service or optional feature requires a saved payment card, its purpose, authorization, processor and cancellation rights must be disclosed separately. MedaStaré must not demand card numbers, CVV or banking passwords by email or chat. Stripe availability, account restrictions, KYC and payout rails vary by country. Creators authorize only the disclosed payment-provider processing; no guarantee of uninterrupted payouts is made.

7. Rewards must be expressly activated

Reward categories and amounts are effective only when shown in a dated SCC dashboard, campaign schedule or signed offer before the qualifying action. Illustrative planned rates are: USD 0.25 per verified eligible new-user referral; USD 1.00 per approved original StarDay video; USD 0.20 per qualifying creator invitation; USD 6.00 when an invited creator completes required approval and activation; USD 3.99 per first eligible paid Star subscription; USD 5.99 per first eligible paid VIP subscription; and USD 9.99 per first eligible paid Crown subscription. This list is NOT an activated blanket offer, guaranteed income or assurance of reward availability in every country. Active rate, budget cap, currency, attribution window and qualifying event must be displayed and accepted before activity.

8. Verified referrals and anti-self-referral

A referral is not qualified merely because a link was clicked, an app was installed or an account was opened. Qualification requires a distinct, authentic, eligible person and an attributable action within the published window, with any required consent and anti-abuse validation. Self-referrals, family/household referrals where excluded by a published offer, duplicate identities, device farms, temporary or fabricated accounts, unauthorized tracking, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized misleading signups and circular referrals are ineligible. Referral attribution is determined using a documented, reviewable method and may be corrected for proven technical error.

9. Subscription commissions, reversals and clawbacks

Unless a dated campaign says otherwise, a subscription commission is earned only on the first qualifying, settled, non-refunded paid transaction attributable to the creator; trial starts, free periods, renewals, plan upgrades, unpaid invoices and duplicate purchases do not independently qualify. Pending commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, payment fraud, cancellations within a lawful cooling-off period, mistaken attribution or violation of an applicable offer. For already paid invalid rewards, MedaStaré may seek reimbursement or offset against future rewards only where legally permitted, with an itemized explanation and dispute opportunity. No arbitrary forfeiture of legitimate earned compensation.

10. Original StarDay content and editorial review

Content rewards require an original, authorized submission that meets the active campaign brief, publication requirements, technical quality standards and moderation rules. Mere upload does not establish acceptance. Submissions must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness or publicity rights, contain undisclosed third-party sponsorship, or falsely portray AI output as authentic evidence. Reviews may include automated detection followed by human review for contested material decisions. Reposting the same work, mass-generated near-duplicates, stolen clips and artificially inflated performance may be rejected.

11. Prohibited manipulation and bot activity

Prohibited conduct includes bots, scripts, click farms, fake followers, purchased views or likes, device or emulator farms, synthetic identities, VPN/proxy evasion used to misrepresent location, coordinated reciprocal rings, spam, malware, deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized scraping, account takeover, circumvention of rate limits, tampering with tracking or payout data and false advertising disclosures. The use of ordinary editing or AI creative tools is not automatically prohibited; creators must follow the specific content brief and disclose material synthetic content where required. Detection signals are not conclusive proof by themselves.

12. Investigations, holds and due process

On reasonable documented indicators of abuse, MedaStaré may temporarily withhold disputed rewards, restrict referrals or suspend program access while investigating. Where lawful and safe, the creator will receive notice of the general reason, the affected transactions, a channel to submit evidence and an opportunity for human review. Security-sensitive detection details need not be disclosed. Holds must be proportionate and periodically reviewed; undisputed lawfully payable amounts should not be withheld without a valid legal or contractual basis. Fraud or illegal conduct may be referred to relevant authorities.

13. Payout status, thresholds and processing

Balances may be labeled estimated, pending, verified, payable, paid, reversed or disputed. Only verified and payable balances are eligible for settlement. The applicable minimum threshold, payout cadence, settlement delay, supported currency, conversion method, processing fees and any reserve policy must be displayed in the SCC dashboard or accepted campaign terms before rewards accrue. No unpublished minimum, indefinite hold or undisclosed fee may be imposed retroactively where prohibited. Failed payments due to inaccurate beneficiary details remain pending for correction subject to law.

14. Tax, withholding, invoices and contractor classification

U.S. creators may be required to furnish Form W-9; non-U.S. creators may be required to furnish Form W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E or other appropriate documentation. Reporting and withholding depend on the payer, payment structure and applicable law. Creators are responsible for providing accurate tax forms, invoices where required and other lawful information. MedaStaré or the payment processor may withhold, report or collect tax information when required. Compensation may create income-tax, VAT/GST, self-employment or social contribution obligations depending on jurisdiction. SCC is designed as an independent creator program, not a promise of employment, employee benefits or authority to represent the Company. Actual classification depends on U.S. federal and state tests and mandatory foreign worker-status law, regardless of contractual labels. Creators have no authority to bind MedaStaré, incur expenses on its behalf or make regulated representations.

15. Advertising disclosure and endorsements

Creators must comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and applicable advertising laws in each market targeted, clearly and conspicuously disclosing material connections, payments, gifts and affiliate links in the audience's language and in the endorsement itself. Disclosures must not be hidden in collapsed text or ambiguous hashtags. All statements must reflect genuine experience and be substantiated. No guaranteed earnings, fake testimonials, misleading before-and-after claims, unauthorized use of brands or medical claims. MedaStaré may request correction or removal of noncompliant sponsored content.

16. IP, licenses and AI-generated material

Creators retain rights they lawfully own. For content voluntarily submitted to SCC, the creator grants a limited non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and reproduce the work within MedaStaré services and ordinary SCC promotion for the duration and purposes disclosed at submission. Paid media whitelisting, use of a creator's likeness in external advertising, exclusivity, perpetual use or sublicensing to unrelated third parties requires a separate specific grant where law requires. AI-generated content must comply with the applicable provider's terms and rights of any depicted person.

17. Privacy, data minimization and automated decisions

MedaStaré may process identity, contact details, account activity, referral events, content metrics, fraud signals, tax and payout status for SCC administration, security and legal compliance, subject to its Privacy Policy and applicable local law. Avoid collecting full card data directly; use authorized payment-provider interfaces. Automated screening must have appropriate transparency, safeguards and access to human review where legally required, including for legally significant decisions. Data retention and cross-border transfers must follow applicable safeguards and valid requests for access, correction or deletion.

18. Children, sensitive data and prohibited targeting

SCC is for adults only. Creators must not knowingly target children with unlawful marketing or collect minors' data through referral campaigns. No discrimination, harassment, exploitation, illegal sexual content, doxxing, hate speech, unauthorized biometric profiling or requests for sensitive personal data. Fashion and AI recommendations are not professional health, safety or authenticity guarantees.

19. Tier points, ranking and StarGift separation

Proposed tiers may include Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Founder Circle. Tier points, ranking, eligibility periods, expiration and benefits become binding only when expressly published for an activated program. Any previously discussed point examples are illustrative. StarGift transfers, creator earnings and any platform commission are governed by the separately disclosed StarGift transaction terms and are not automatically part of SCC rewards. A purported 5% StarGift fee is not established by these SCC Terms.

20. Program changes, closure and surviving balances

MedaStaré may prospectively amend, pause or discontinue SCC with reasonable notice where required, including for fraud, payment-provider changes, budget constraints, regulatory restrictions or safety. Material adverse changes to accepted rates cannot retroactively reduce legitimate completed and verified activity except lawful fraud/error adjustments. Closure does not automatically cancel earned payable balances. Previously accepted terms and dated reward schedules must be preserved for audit and dispute resolution.

21. Complaints, appeals and human escalation

A creator may challenge a rejected application, attribution error, reward reversal, content rejection or payout hold through the official support channel. Provide the SCC account ID, transaction identifier and relevant evidence without transmitting full payment-card details. MedaStaré should acknowledge and review disputes within a reasonable time, using a human reviewer where legally required or where automated screening materially affects the creator. Statutory regulator complaints and court remedies remain available.

22. Regional legal overrides

MedaStaré Inc. is a Delaware-incorporated U.S. company operating a global creator program subject to mandatory local protections. No single agreement guarantees compliance with all jurisdictions. In the EU/EEA, assess GDPR, applicable AI rules, consumer and commercial agency/worker law, VAT and marketing disclosure; in the UK, UK GDPR, PECR and advertising standards; in the US, FTC endorsement rules, state privacy, tax and worker classification; in Brazil, LGPD, consumer and tax law; in Singapore, PDPA and advertising rules; in the UAE, applicable federal/emirate data, advertising, licensing and tax requirements; in Japan, APPI and advertising/consumer rules; and in Türkiye, KVKK and applicable commercial advertising, tax and electronic commerce rules. Other countries require separate activation review. Where mandatory local rights conflict, local law controls.

23. Sanctions, payment-service restrictions and country changes

Participation and payment may be restricted by applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering requirements, export controls, fraud prevention or the payment provider's geographic coverage. Creators must promptly update residence, legal name, tax status and payout ownership. A country change may require re-verification or a temporary payout pause. No creator is required to circumvent geographic restrictions or use another person's account to receive compensation.

24. Liability, legal rights and enforceability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedaStaré is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party platform outages or creator-generated claims; this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct or mandatory consumer/worker rights. Nothing authorizes unlawful withholding of compensation or waives statutory privacy, tax, employment or dispute rights. Invalid clauses are severable only to the extent legally permitted.

U.S. contracting entity and cross-border safeguards

Operator: MedaStaré Inc., a Delaware corporation. A monitored legal contact and accurate service-of-process details must be provided through the applicable legal notice or signed agreement; no address is invented here.

Governing law: Subject to non-waivable local rights and any separately executed agreement, Delaware law governs interpretation of these SCC Terms. This clause does not impose undisclosed arbitration, class-action waivers or exclusive foreign venue on creators. Any dispute-resolution clause must be separately reviewed for enforceability and properly accepted.

U.S. regulatory requirements: FTC endorsement disclosure rules, relevant IRS tax reporting and withholding, state privacy and independent-contractor classification requirements may apply. Creators may not present themselves as employees or authorized representatives without written authorization.

Global activation: U.S. incorporation does not override the mandatory privacy, tax, advertising, payment or worker rights of creators elsewhere. Non-U.S. creator participation and payouts are subject to documented country activation and lawful payment-provider support.

25. Document control, acceptance and evidence

Document: StarDay Creator Circle Program Terms. Web Version 2.1; updated October 28, 2026. The enrollment flow should record the creator's affirmative acceptance, version, timestamp, locale, country and account identifier and link to an immutable archive. This web document does not by itself activate SCC rewards, confirm Stripe availability, prove any individual was approved or replace country-specific legal review. The currently accepted terms and reward schedule for each creator must be retrievable.
